Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

3. Any information, communication and/or consultations with Steven Nash and/or https://stevennashtarot.com/ website are for educational, spiritual and entertainment purposes ONLY.

4. No reading, class or service offered by Steven Nash and/or https://stevennashtarot.com/ is intended to, nor should it take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.

5. Steven Nash and https://stevennashtarot.com/ accept no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client or student chooses to take or make based on his/her session/class with Steven Nash and/or https://stevennashtarot.com/

6. Sessions are scheduled for and paid in advance and are non-refundable. If cancellations occur with a 24hrs. notice, reschedules are a no-charge. With a 24hrs. cancellation notice 50% credit will be applied to the following visit.

7. You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.

8. It is understood that all information discussed in the reading/session is 100% confidential.
