Ace of Disks
This week I decided to feature the Thoth Tarot by Aleister Crowley and painted by Lady Frieda Harris. I chose this deck because it is an important one. Crowley was a member of The Golden Dawn. He later went out on his own and became a bit of an extremist in his pursuit of mysticism. For others who know about Crowley's history will know this is a bit of an understatement. If there's nothing good on TV, Google him! Many people shy from this deck based on Crowley as the source while others would use no other deck than the Thoth. To each their own!
The Tarot Card of the Day: Ace of Pentacles/Disks....YES!!!
The Ace of Pentacles/Disks is a welcome card in any reading! This one never sucks! In yes/no questions it's a big YES! When the Ace of Pentacles arrives in your day, the message is that some good news on the money front is possible. This card often can signify a new job, a bonus at work, or maybe some influx of money that you had forgotten about or perhaps weren't even expecting. If you ask the Tarot a money question and see this card, the message is, financial solutions are on their way to you. All Aces are new opportunities and beginnings and this one is the arena of finances. In a relationship question this can signify a new opportunity. It's interesting how people get opportunities all of the time but let so many pass them by. Often People get an opportunity but can't see the opportunity or the outcome so they let it go. Sometimes it comes but they want a guarantee what the outcome will be and they let it go. There are no guarantees...EVER!!! The opportunity is like a seed that needs to be planted, watered, fertilized, cultivated, to mold and create what that opportunity can be to our desires. Aces are ones in the Tarot, then we go through all the stages 1 through 10 till we finish the cycle, but you still have options. No cycle ends without a new cycle beginning. Do you want to harvest what you grew or compost it? What new opportunities do you have before you today?
